Rules for using the site and game

1. Operator

Avery's Forest Adventure is operated by Olaf Olgiati. Contact us through the support page for questions.

2. Use of the app and website

You may use the app and website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse support channels, interfere with the website, attempt to disrupt the app, or copy the product for commercial use without permission.

3. Children and parents

Avery's Forest Adventure is made for children and families. Parents or guardians are responsible for device settings, App Store purchase permissions, and deciding whether the app is suitable for their child.

4. In-app purchase

Levels 1-5 are free. Levels 6-20 can be unlocked through one non-consumable App Store purchase. Apple processes payment, refunds, family sharing behavior, and purchase history under Apple's own terms.

The app includes a parental gate before purchase and restore actions. The app has no subscriptions, consumable coins, loot boxes, or advertising rewards.

5. Game changes

Features, level balance, artwork, language support, device support, and availability may change over time. We may update, rebalance, pause, or retire features where needed for quality, safety, platform compliance, or maintenance.

6. Intellectual property

The game, website, title, artwork, code, copy, screenshots, audio, and related materials are owned by the developer or used with permission. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without written approval.

7. Support submissions

If you send a support request, you agree to provide accurate information and not send unlawful, abusive, spam, or malicious content. Support messages may be used to answer questions, investigate bugs, and improve the game.

8. Disclaimer

The app and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect compatibility with every device, or that every bug can be fixed immediately.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or website.
